Summer is here & we are very excited to announce the dates for Wine & Dines.

For this summer we were looking for innovative wineries with a focus on sustainability.

Now we are delighted to welcome the following wineries to Bürchnerhof:

In addition, our chef Ralf and his team will conjure up great dishes.

We ask you to make your reservation as early as possible, as places are limited.

 

 

During the coming year we will again organise our popular "Wine and Dine" evenings. One of our wine suppliers will present their wines in our restaurant. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the wines of the respective producer by the glass. On the "Wine and Dine" evening, the winemaker or a representative of the wine house will be present in person and, during the dinner (6-course menu), will provide information about their winery and about the very secrets of making their wines. You will have the opportunity to taste an exclusive wine with each course and pass on questions and comments directly to the producer or expert.
